Perfect sauvignon blanc. Expressive as it should be, but blissfully lacking any of the hysterical perfume of modern technological sauvignons. Uncomplicated and refreshing, yet its age gives it very interesting complexity. Remains interesting to stick your nose in this glass over and over to discover something new each time. Citrus, floral notes, a hint of sweetness in its nose. Full and splashy in my mouth. Yum. @daxivin Amsterdam
