Light and very fruity

Escursac of vineyards at 92 meters above sea level planted in Can Vermell soils (calcareous clay rich in iron). Semi-carbon maceration with native yeasts and aging for 10 months in a 700 L jar. Without clarifying, filtering or adding SO2. Red fruit, floral, jammy, fragrant, light, complex, vibrant, deep, pleasant and surprising.

Vin des Baléares Minorca minorque. Pur ju de de ce cépage indigene, vinifié sur une carbo courte et précise. Un ju à 11° fin et fruité intense petites baies rouges acidulées comme framboise et groseilles ! Une merveille... de la joie liquide Francki et ses groseilles peuvent se rhabiller
