Magnifique 😍

Exciting wine of xarel.lo grapes fermented in amfora. Slightly orange in colour, beautiful clear shiny appearance. A bit oxidative, this wine has a serious nose but has a lot of fruit also. Smells like it would go well with some salty almonds. And it does indeed! Tastes lighter than I would expect, but very nice complex flavours that stay with you for a long time. Perfect accompaniment for cured ham, olives etc. I do smell a hint of mousiness though. Make sure to drink the whole bottle at once. I'm pretty sure this will not be very nice if you keep half a bottle till the next day. Other than that, very enjoyable.
