No filtration or fining. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fraîcheurs, sweet, herby, white pepper, almond. Complex, but perfectly balanced. Killer wine! 8,9/10
Has a mouthfeel and almost taste like an English morning tea. Perhaps some of cloudiness contributes to that palette grabbing texture.
