“KAOS 5.0” (Bianco) - 2018 - Etnella 👁: Warm Apricot colouration. 👃🏻: Sunwarm freshly harvest peaches! 👅: A little bit of fizz at the very back of your mouth. Sweet n Fruity (but not portwine’ish) -Fresh! Simply an orange Glou Glou! 🍇: Carricante 40%, Catarratto 30%, Malvasia Bianca 10% & 20% (mixed indigenous grapes) inzolia, minnella, grecanico. 🌳: 40-70 year old vines. 5 hectares. 🌋: Volcanic! 🗺: Etna - Sicilia. Alt: 500-1000m. 🌦: Colder than rest of Sicilia! Harvest: September-October (manual). Fermentation: Maceration for 5 days Aging: Steel. Filtered: only when needed! Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: <30mg/L. Alcohol: 12% Artisanal - Moonphase 🌚 Agricultura - Pacha Mama Bought @ “Enoteca Solaria”, Via Roma 86 - Siracusa. Drunk @ the cliffs between dips in the Mediterranean Sea!

5 jours de macération multi cépage pour ce vin orange absolument excellent. Le concept est surprenant, le résultat l'est plus encore. Un chouette moment d'oenologie avec l'Etna en toile de fond.
