First time drinking a japanese natural. What to say!? Hybrid grapes blended so subtle that if tasted blind, not able to defy wether its a red, white, rosé or a orange one…. Well done :p Would love to try five more wines from this maker haha. Earthy note on nose. But fruity palette when tasted. Grapefruit? Red apple! Pomegranate? Strawberry! Tart/ creamy mouthfeel.
