Du fruit très mûr et beaucoup de matière qui exige une bonne grosse aération pour s'assouplir, mais après c'est du très bon.

Ce midi découverte du petit journal de Rapatel, il est clair qu’il y a du tanin avec un e petite acidité. On a aimé on en boira de nouveau c’est certain... une bonne découverte.
Bel frutto rosso maturo e carico al naso che in bocca diventa croccante ma leggero
