Note fruttate, bianco beverino, minerale
Interesting nose, yellow flowers and grass. Taste of apricots and quince.
Jolie quille nature pleine de peps, fraîche, belle aromatique, finale légèrement amer. En accompagnement d’une assiette d’antipasti légumes : top.
Un blanc nature local ultra glouglou: le Mischiabacche Bianco de Castello di Stefanago, dans l'Oltrepò pavese. Fruité au nez, frais et persistant en bouche. Une IGP élaborée à base de Riesling rhénan et de Müller Thurgau en proportions variables, selon l'année. Découvert chez Radici, à Pavie.
