This one still got a lot of character. 152 of maceration in amphoras in the same vineyard. Orange, grapefruit, apricot, peach, tea, honey. High acidity keeps the sweetness in balance.

Un orange tannique à base d'Airén. Fermentation spo tanée. Macération sur les peaux pendant quatre mois. Puis passage en amphores. Non clarifié. Non filtré. Brut et frais. Notes de ftuits blancs et d'herbes méditerranéennes.
