From Marseille to Palermo, from Bilbao to Belgrade, discover the new venues joining the Raisin map this July.
This month, new restaurants, wine bars, wine shops and hybrid spaces are enriching the Raisin map across France, Italy and beyond. Each venue offers a different way to experience natural wine: alongside seasonal cooking, sharing plates, local produce or, simply, the pleasure of discovering new bottles.
July’s selection takes us from Clermont-Ferrand to Menton, then from Rome to Palermo, before continuing to Poznań, Berlin, Bilbao, Lausanne, New York, Athens and Split. From major cities to neighbourhood markets, from wine shops to bistros, these places reflect an increasingly vibrant and diverse natural wine scene.
