Jan 2023Il me tardait de découvrir cette nouvelle table, à Liège, dont des amis dignes de confiance m'avaient dit le plus grand bien. Quelle belle surprise, merry! La toute grande classe dans la décontraction. C'est frais, local, durable et de saison. C'est délicat, inventif et équilibré. Mention spéciale pour le Rioja blanc nature et pour le dessert: coing poché, sorbet de basilic citronné, crème de coing, gâteau au gingembre et citron, eau de coing. Une tuerie! Sans parler des cèpes de Sebastian Cassart! Bravo à Hélène Thiry et Yuri Vandam, qui tiennent le niveau depuis 7 mois. Menu végétarien sur demande. #Liège #Resto #Merry
