Nestled at an altitude of 2,480 meters in the Italian Alps, at the crossroads of Piedmont and the Aosta Valley, the Rifugio Ospizio Sottile is the perfect spot for natural wine lovers enjoying hiking and the great outdoors!
On the ground floor of this 3 story building is the bar with a 100% natural wine selection. For those that have worked up an appetite on their hike, there’s also a restaurant (reservation only). As for the view, it’s absolutely breathtaking even to seasoned hikers. Bravo to Simone Polenghi and to the young and dynamic team of this unique place for focusing on healthy, lively, and natural products that are in tune with the beauty of the place. This is without a doubt, the highest place in the world to drink natural wine on the Raisin map!
