Strolling through Paris and looking for somewhere delicious to eat in the "Quartier des Halles" area ? Check out Le Rubis!
Recently re-opened and simply perfection. See for yourself (in this photo): cecina ham and melon, citrus burrata, lemon roasted chicken, salmon filet. And the price? Only 18 euros for either an appetizer and entrée or an entrée and dessert = an UNBEATABLE bang for your buck 🥇! Not to mention the wineselection, which is also top notch, along with great service. Le Rubis is located at 14 Rue Leopold Bellan, we will probably see you there ;)
