Heading over to Georgia 🇬🇪, in Telavi to be specific, where Ambri Wine Saloon opened its doors only two months ago!
This cozy spot is brought to life by Sofie, a young Georgian woman who happened to study in France. Sofie offers a very specialized selection of wines, and expert advice. You will also find delectable cheese plates to accompany the wine - all local goat, sheep, and cow cheeses that you can’t taste anywhere else! 🧀🍷 Stay tuned, because Sofie plans to make her way into the vineyard sometime soon… (Shout-out to Christelle Pineau for telling about this awesome discovery from her trip!)
