Gewurtz fin et ciselé, qui se partage dès l'apéro.
Un Gewurtztraminer sec atypique. Pressage lent (8h). Macération partielle (25%, deux semaines). Résultat: un vin légèrement perlant aux subtils arômes floraux et tropicaux, salin et structuré en bouche. Le domaine, à Andlau, en Alsace, fait 10 ha. André et Anna Durrmann ont laissé leur fils Yann introduire les méthodes de vinification naturelles dès 2008. Découvert chez Oenosphère, à Strasbourg.
Tropical fruits on the nose, lively and expressive. Big, strong palate with so much energy on the finish.
