Domaine des Allues is a family business located in Sézegnin, in the commune of Avusy (Geneva). The estate is run by a sister (Céline Schaller) and a brother (Damien Schaller).
After more than 30 years of renting, Damien took over his grandfather's vines and began to cultivate them according to organic farming standards with his partner Marie Marcon. The vinifications are made without inputs, by spontaneous fermentation and with indigenous yeasts.
This first vintage, harvested in 2023 by the family, is a fresh and light natural gamay.
The label is the work of the artist Gustave Didelot, who here signs his first wine label.
