Our absolutely "Natural" wine production charter with no inputs at all (ASVN Member - Association Suisse Vin Nature): We do not do any chemical treatment throughout the year in our vines, no herbicides no fungicides no insecticides no miticides no pheromones to attract insects no growth hormones no fertilizer no copper etc. Treatments are done with plant infusions manually with a pump on the back. We do not enter our vineyards with any tractor, so we do not compress the soil, all the work is done by hand, from pruning to harvesting, everything is done by hand, desuckering, breeding, l stripping, trimming etc.! Our musts and wines are not never sulphited before fermentation, nor after never filtered never glued do not contain any GMOs But the red wines are aged in barrels and old oak tuns from the region or even from the vine plot, so everything is local!
