Le Murmure

The vinification of lively wines, which express the natural character when enjoyed, is our credo. In the cellar, the grapes are pressed gently and purely by hand. With a lot of patience and minimalist intervention we accompany our wines during the maturation. Without exception, spontaneously fermented and without filtration, they find their way into the bottle. We work in the vineyard and in the cellar biodynamically according to the strict guidelines of Demeter, are both selected winemakers of Slow Wine, as well as a member of the Association Swiss Natural Wine. The vineyards are located high above Lake Biel, above Alfermée and Tüscherz and in Twann, and are spread over 2.4 hectares. They are cultivated exclusively by hand.
