Nov 2025J'avais découvert Corchito, bar à vins et à manger d'Antón Martín, entre le Prado et le quartier populaire de Lavapiés, voici un an. L'impression positive d'alors est pleinement confirmée. Une quinzaine de quilles naturelles disponibles au verre. Surtout des étiquettes espagnoles, mais aussi quelques italiennes (Durigutti...) et françaises (Domaine du Séminaire...). Belles découvertes du jour: ¡Nat Garnacha, le petnat rosé de Sotomanrique, et Aire Airén de chez El Patio, un orange léger de La Mancha. Corchito a tout pour plaire. Des assiettes à partager originales et goûteuses, avec une belle part d'options végé. Et un service avenant et sympa. On y reviendra! #NaturalWine #Madrid #Resto #VinNaturel
