Vinified with a short maceration and minimal intervention, it keeps the citrus tension and mineral backbone of Riesling, while gaining volume, skin contact, depth and a subtle rustic edge that feels beautifully integrated. A wine with precise acidity, direct energy and that living character sought by those who enjoy natural wines without makeup: no excess, no artifice, with a clear sense of origin and a very honest reading of the grape.
