This white wine from Penedès features Macabeu grapes from Las Parelladas vineyard in Sant Sadurní. The calcareous soil contributes to its distinctive mineral and saline finish. The wine undergoes eight days of skin contact fermentation and spends two months on lees with weekly stirring. Bottled without filtration or stabilization to maintain its natural character, it presents floral notes and a light, mineral structure.

Touch of Light is a sparkling pét-nat from Catalonia’s Penedès area, made from Moscatel de Alejandría, also known as Muscat of Alexandria. This grape is naturally aromatic, and here it gives the wine clear notes of ripe tropical fruit and flowers. The wine has 5 days of skin contact, which adds a little extra texture and depth without making it heavy. It is made in the ancestral style, with the bubbles developing in the bottle, so the fizz feels gentle and easy-going. A bright, fruity sparkling wine for relaxed moments, especially if you enjoy expressive wines with a natural feel.
