Libertango is a bright and expressive white wine that celebrates the freedom of natural winemaking. Grown in the rugged Alt-Empordà region of Catalonia, this field blend of Chenin Blanc, Macabeo, Parellada, and White Grenache offers a lively interplay of citrusy freshness and gentle floral notes. Hand-destemmed grapes see a short maceration, bringing out extra aromatic depth before fermenting in traditional amphora. Six months of aging in oak barrels lend a subtle roundness to its spirited acidity. Created by Vinyes Tortuga, who live among their vines and farm holistically, Libertango captures both a sense of place and an adventurous spirit in every sip.

Tinto 2022 from New Zealand demonstrates innovative winemaking through varied fermentation techniques: carbonic maceration, quick maceration (5-7 days), and whole bunch processing. This red wine combines Pinot Noir with Pinot Gris and Riesling for added complexity. The wine develops character through aging in both stainless steel and amphora vessels.
