The aim of La Fita is to convey the unique landscape of the Anoia river basin to the world, vinifying my grandparents’ heritage with local varieties. Always with respect for the fruit and the land, working the vineyards organically and incorporating some biodynamic practices (not certified). In the winery, we aim for minimal intervention, with spontaneous fermentations being essential, although for me minimal intervention requires maximum knowledge of what is happening in the wine at every moment. We always seek precision in our decisions to produce clean and honest wines. Sulphur levels are around 30–40 mg/l total.
In different vinifications we use oak barrels, stainless steel, and we are especially fond of glass demijohns.
No rose wines at the moment.
