Voilà un rosé qui me rappelle bien le BB Brutal Bestial de Partida Creus, mais plus équilibré (ou moins bestial si vous préférez), de façon à plus ressentir le côté fruité et aromatique du vin.
Mineral on the nose but, drinks clean and finishes bright. Paired with fired carrots finished with anchovy brine, perfecto!
