We practice regenerative agriculture, with entirely manual labor, from vine maintenance to harvest. Fertilization is ensured by compost and natural infusions, such as nettle. No herbicides or chemicals are used. For the past few months, we have been incorporating microbiology by monitoring the indigenous yeasts present on the vines. Our wines are made without filtration, without additives, using native yeasts, minimal intervention, and slow fermentation.
No rose wines at the moment.
