No herbicides, pesticides or synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard. All grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected in the vineyard.
Our vineyard is planted with Garnacha, Cariñena, Petit Muscat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermentations occur spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without the use of commercial yeasts or other oenological additives.
Most of our wines are made without any added sulfur. In the few cases where sulfur is used, it is added only in very small quantities, below 10 mg/L, solely when necessary before bottling. No other additives are used in the winemaking process.
Today we produce approximately 15,000 bottles per year, and 100% of our production consists of natural wines, including red, white and ancestral sparkling wines.
No rose wines at the moment.
