Selva Vins is the personal project of Carlos Rodríguez, viticulturist by profession for more than 20 years. Tiny winery located at the foot of the North mountains of the island.
All the grapes are buyed from farmers in different places of the island.
All of them are BIO certificated and Carlos controlled all the process of growing.
Now he's starting his own vineyard, a very special and personal project that will be produced in some years.
All the wines are spontaneous fermentation, some of them nothing added and some nothing added except a low dose of sulphites, not filtered, not clarified.
