Originally from the USA, the American siblings started with three hectareas of Syrah vines of more than 20 years and recently planted another 4,5 hetareas of Garnacha blanca, tinta and gris. The winery manually harvests; prunes respectfully each vine searching for vine balance; maintains native cover crop; they do not use herbicides or pesticides; and recently moved away from the application of sulfur and/or copper to fight mildew. After opening the new winery in 2024, the brother sister tandem decided to only make wines fermenting with native yeasts and without the use of sulphites and clarifying or stabilizing agents. The goal is to show in the bottle the fruit and terroir in the most pure manner possible.
