From a young age, I loved helping with the vineyard, the grape harvest, and the winemaking. We made these wines naturally, using traditional methods, as a family, for our own consumption and to sell to friends and family. It was at the end of 2017 that I began developing my own project, making natural wines—pure wines, without additives or harsh treatments that, in my opinion, rob wines of their soul. In 2018, I made my first natural wines from traditional vineyards in the province of Málaga, using minority grape varieties, some of which are endangered. Since then, I have been making natural wines in different styles: sparkling, white, red, and sweet. I advocate for the non-use of chemical products in the vineyard and the winery. I believe that in this way, the cultivated plants are stronger, and a harmony can be achieved between the plants and all the other beings that inhabit and/or are connected to the vineyard. Also, the grapes from vines cultivated in this way produce fruit with greater vitality, giving us the opportunity to make a good, pure wine. The production of our wines is quite simple: hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, aging, and bottling. No additives are used (sulfites, acids, yeasts, etc.), nor are they filtered or artificially stabilized.
