Bodega en Movimiento is a small winery in the Jerez region, where we farm two hectares of old vineyards following organic practices, without herbicides, insecticides or synthetic fungicides, although we are not organically certified.
All our grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with their native yeasts. We do not use commercial yeasts, enzymes, nutrients or any other additives. None of our wines are fined or filtered, and no sulphites are added at any stage of vinification or bottling.
All of our current wines are ancestral sparkling wines (Pét-Nat).
Our philosophy is simple: to produce honest wines that express their origin, the character of each vineyard and the identity of the Jerez region.
