Location: Subotica, Serbia Grapes: Olaszrizling, Bakator, Ezerjó, Piros Magyarka, Czerémi Zöld. Craziness Aromas: quince, lemon, white flowers, hint of minerals and briny notes Palate: light body, medium acidity, crazy Other Information: old bush-vines cultivated with horses, 70% of the grapes were de-stemmed and pressed directly, 30% was macerated with the skins for a couple of days, wine was aged in large oak barrels and stainless steel for 8-10 months, unfiltered, unclarified, bottled only with gravitation
