We practice organic and regenerative farming to produce grapes that can perfectly express our place and its unique characteristics. For us biodiversity is key to produce great grapes and also to create better soils and eco-friendly environments. We have centenary vines with all the varieties mixed together and all our wines are single-vineyard field blends. We practice minimum intervention winemaking. We make completely natural wines with only grapes. No additives, nor even sulfur. The fermentation is done by wild yeasts and we only use Portuguese native grape varieties. No filtration.
