We started caring for the vineyard in 2024.
The soils vary between limestone, clay, and volcanic loam. We practice no-till, organic farming, as well as biodynamics.
We like to drink living wines that express themselves; - we avoid the use of any additives, including sulphur, wherever possible. We make about 3000 bottles per year, for now from 4 varieties.
