What a collaboration between two winemakers can achieve! A beautiful blend of Falanghina and the renowned Fiano grape. The grapes come from a vineyard shared by both winemakers. The fruit is harvested and processed in their own cantina by the two winemakers using the same process. Finally, the two masses are blended and bottled. A truly unique project! The wine itself has a beautiful golden-yellow/orange hue and a somewhat exotic character. Aromatic, with hints of mango, pineapple, and honey. Also, hay and lemon peel. Rich, full-bodied, yet very drinkable. The tannins are present but pleasantly light. The wine has some protein deposits in the bottle, but that shouldn't spoil the enjoyment. A fine wine at a fine price. An excellent pairing with seafood or other dishes with flavor and character.
