Caviste
Made with their own extremely "fresh" vinaccia and distilled with local wood pellets. Grappa made from the dark grapes Barbera and Bonarda, the classic blend of the region. On the nose, this Grappa is "winier." Sorry, the word "vinous" isn't our cup of tea. That doesn't mean it isn't fruity and very inviting. On the palate, the fruitiness continues; it truly feels like a copy of the wine.
