One of several people in my trip to try to convince me that Muscat Bailey A can be taken seriously And winemaker Yamanashi-San convinced me. “My Bailey A is different” he said, and sent for a bottle to be opened 2 weeks carbonic maceration, foot stomped and open barrel fermented This is very close to a Beaujolais (he reckoned a Passetoutgrain) Cherry and strawberry aromas. Rich. Dried fruit / red fruit A creamy palate (apprentices a characteristic of the grape and not winemaking) Fool length. Lightly spicy finish
