The experience that gave birth to this project is that of: Raffaele Bonivento, a past in Vinnatur and Porthos, is now a wine selector and president of Meteri, a young company established in the world of natural wine; Stefano Menti, winemaker of the family business in Gambellara who works in a biodynamic regime and is an interpreter of Garganega.
