About
A skin contact wine with a natural fizz that comes from indigenous sugar, it’s part fermented and macerated for two weeks then fermented further in bottles. The soil is of marl and clay. This is far from your average aperitif wine and can be paired with basically anything. Intense aromas of bright fruits and Lily’s. The taste is smooth with a crunch and a bitter after taste of grapefruit! Old style production with no added sulfites. Wine as it should be!
