A mano a mano vini was born from a strong passion for the land and natural wine. Starting from scratch, we reclaimed a small family vineyard, gradually adding new parcels of abandoned vineyards, and created a new vineyard. We are converting to organic farming and practice biodynamic practices. We don't use any advanced technology in the cellar, and our goal is to create artisanal wines in harmony with the land and people.

The A Mano A Mano artisanal winemaking project was born from a strong passion for the land and natural wine; we have restored three small plots of very old vineyards with native grape varieties from the Umbrian valley (Sangiovese, Merlot, Sagrantino, Grechetto, Malvasia Lunga, and Malvasia di Candia). In 2020, we planted a new vineyard between Foligno and Bevagna, planting Trebbiano Spoletino and Sangiovese vines. Treatments in our vineyards are minimal, and in some seasons, none at all. In the cellar, we add only a few doses of sulfites to our wine during the pre-bottling phase.
