We raise a few pigs and cows that graze on our fallow fields. The other fields are planted with ancient grains, legumes, and alfalfa. We also raise bees, from which we obtain honey, pollen, wax, and propolis. We cultivate approximately 8 hectares of vineyards. Our cows fertilize the fields where our grains grow, which are also used (after bread and pasta) as green manure for the vineyards. We also cultivate a small vegetable garden with vegetables and CBD hemp. We also have a restaurant offering overnight accommodations.
