Soil: Very fine ochre-orange fossiliferous sands, interspersed with deeper layers of sandstones and clays.
Viticulture without the use of synthetic products. Use of perennial grass cover to increase soil fertility, plant macerates to protect the vines, along with copper and sulfur.
The land is minimally tilled, managing the grass with 2-3 mowings throughout the growing season. Harvesting is done manually in crates.
Spontaneous fermentation without additives. We only use a small amount of sulfites at bottling when necessary.
No rose wines at the moment.
