Un grazioso sapore di bergamotto dà una leggera svolta al nostro champagne forse più schietto. Un gusto pulito ed esaltante che mantiene la consistenza.100% Pinot Meunier dalle migliori parcelle dell’azienda, con età superiore a 60 anni su terreni argillosi. Dopo una pressatura diretta, metà della massa fermenta e affina in acciaio, il resto per metà in legno neutro, per metà in vasche di cemento. La permanenza sui lieviti in bottiglia è 30-36 mesi.
