One of my friend spent beautiful words about this wine: he was totally right! Unusual red wine from Sicily: medium, crispy and quite salty. Nose very interesting!!
Joli nez d’encre et de fruits rouges, qui persistent en bouche, soutenus par des tanins tout à fait fréquentables. Le velours de la matière se combine à une belle fraîcheur, tout ça est fort agréable et équilibré...
Avec une poitrine de veau laquée au cidre , étuvée de chou blanc , c est parfait. Merci au Verre Galant st etienne
