The vineyard has been cultivated following the organic regulations since 2008, although to date we do not use any logo on the label that can certify it. As for treatments, the only ones used are copper and sulfur, only if necessary, based on the year.
In the cellar all the wines are spontaneously fermented, therefore without the use of added yeasts, no type of stabilization or clarification is carried out. Sulfur is added, in the form of metabisulphites, in minimal quantities at bottling, if necessary.
No orange wines at the moment.
