Prodotto da uve coltivate nel vigneto Bossolo, dove avviene anche la fermentazione direttamente in vigna, una tecnica unica in Italia. La fermentazione immediata delle uve appena raccolte permette di preservare al massimo la freschezza del frutto. Al naso emergono mora selvatica, mirtillo, ginepro e delicate spezie. Al palato è teso e dinamico, con tannini setosi che lo rendono sorprendentemente elegante e “pinot-like” nella bevuta.
