Il Bianco Halarà nasce a Marsala da un progetto condiviso tra sei vignaioli, ognuno con una propria visione ma uniti dalla voglia di sperimentare. È un Catarratto in purezza vinificato in stile ossidativo, scelta insolita per questo vitigno. Al palato è intenso e dinamico, con note sapide e marine. Emergono profumi di frutta gialla, come pesca e mela, insieme a sentori di ginestra ed erica. Un vino profondo, ricco e molto espressivo.
