Bar Restaurant Caviste
La Barbera di La Vedetta proviene da un vigneto di 7 anni, esposto a sud, nel cuore di Castagnole delle Lanze. Le uve vengono attentamente selezionate durante la vendemmia, che avviene nella terza decade di settembre. In cantina, la fermentazione dura circa 15 giorni e si svolge in vasche di acciaio inox. Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il vino affina in un equilibrio perfetto tra cemento e grandi botti Gamba (legni selezionati personalmente dal fondatore!).
