100% Nebbiolo proveniente da diverse vigne sulle colline di Monteu Roero, in corrispondenza dei cru Occhetti e Bric Rossino-Vadonia, e sulle colline di Vezza D’Alba, dal cru Sanche. In vigna le pratiche sono le seguenti: inerbimento naturale e concimi naturali che vengono sotterrati a mano, per arrivare, in futuro, ad applicare l’agricoltura rigenerativa. Le diverse uve vengono vinificate separatamente in cemento per poi essere assemblate in legno, dove avviene la malolattica e dove il vino sosterà dai 6 agli 8 mesi, tra barriques e botti esauste; ancora qualche mese di affinamento in acciaio prima di essere imbottigliato.
