Bar Restaurant Caviste
Elegante vino rosso delle Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, in Borgogna, prodotto da vigne situate in altitudine su suoli argillo-calcarei. Le uve sono vendemmiate manualmente con accurata selezione. La vinificazione prevede diraspatura parziale e fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox o cemento con pigeage regolari, seguita da un affinamento di almeno 11 mesi in botti borgognone di terzo o quarto passaggio. Alla degustazione si presenta con colore rosso rubino dai riflessi granati. Al naso emergono note di frutti rossi freschi come ciliegia, lampone e ribes, accompagnate da leggere sfumature speziate e da un delicato accenno di legno. In bocca è equilibrato e scorrevole, con tannini fini, buona freschezza e un finale leggermente minerale.
