In the Vineyard – Sustainability and Biodiversity
It all starts in the vineyard.
We pay particular attention to enhancing the rich biodiversity that surrounds us, convinced that a healthy, lush, and vibrant environment is the true starting point for quality wine.
For this reason we use only natural fertilizers, employing manure as a fertilizer and soil improver to improve our sandy soils.
We guarantee constant care for all our terraced vineyards: we prohibit the use of any type of pesticide or herbicide. There are no shortcuts.
We avoid the use of systemic products that penetrate the plant sap.
Sulfur and copper are used only as a preventative measure and only when strictly necessary.
In the Cellar
At the end of the season, the grapes are harvested and taken to the cellar.
Every year is a story in itself: different climatic conditions produce different fruits and, consequently, different wines.
We do not make corrections of any kind.
All our wines ferment spontaneously and are not subjected to invasive filtration, to preserve the authentic flavors of our grapes intact.
Each bottle is the result of a respectful process, where nature dictates the pace, without forcing it. A genuine experience that reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the local area.
We create natural wines without the use of chemical additives, with the exception of minimal doses of SO₂, promptly certified and rigorously controlled.
No rose wines at the moment.
